Her eyes.

They just do something to me.

Send a shock right through me.

Really...no joke. They are such an interesting color. A blue grey mixed with gold. A mix of her Daddy and her Mimi...maybe she gets some gold specks from my hazel eyes, but they are pretty much a perfect mix of her Daddy and my mom. Practically see-thru on some occasions. Beautiful and happy.

And I can't decide if I like this picture better in color or black and white, I do love this picture though!

These are my wee ones and this is my new favorite location for shoots. Big wee one came home with sun-kissed cheeks from a swimming party yesterday and she just looked so summery this morning, that in a matter of 5 minutes we were dressed in our cute Matilda Jane attire and out the door for a quick little photo shoot.

I've been talking with his momma for MONTHS now on when we wanted to set up a photo session and she decided his 2nd birthday would be great! Boy, was she right! He is so sweet, and though he was pretty serious, I did get some great smiles out of him (much to the help of his momma!). Thanks for meeting me early in the morning to beat the crazy heat that has settled here in PA! Enjoy your little peek :)

Chambersburg, PA: Family Photographer { In the Navy }

Amazing. Fun. Refreshing. Funny. Goofy. Beautiful.
I loved every minute that I got to spend with this fabulous family. I teared up while working on the images...I mean geesh, the mom helping her daughter tuck her hair into her cap of her uniform, which she wears while proudly serving in the Navy...tear jerker!
Don't forget to honor those that you know who serve our country!! Have a wonderfully relaxing weekend and be proud that you can do so :)
Just to let you know, fall sessions will book quickly for holiday pictures, be sure to get your date booked ASAP :)

Chambersburg, PA: Child Photographer (Trains, Rocks & Parker)

Yes folks, I am one lucky lady. Can you get any sweeter than that face below? So pure and innocent!

I've been pretty busy here lately, the last two weeks have been CA-RAZY, but I'm back on track and playing catch up!
Mr. Parker loves trains! As in seriously loves his trains! He sang train songs to me and carried his little train friend with him everywhere! As a mom of girls, I don't know the names, so please don't hate me! Hehe!

And the Momma...beautiful!

The mom's always say, "I don't take good pictures, don't get any of me!", I beg to differ my Mom friends! We need pictures! There are hardly any pictures of us, you don't want your kids growing up never seeing a picture of you!

The morning flew by and Parker did awesome! He deserved his special surprise at the end of the session! Thanks for letting me capture some moments for you ;)

This sweet and sassy girl is the daugher of one of my BFF's and we had a blast taking pictures. She is so funny and basically did anything I asked her, from jumping and twirling to using her belly as a drum set! Happy Birthday sweetie!!

We dressed her big brother up as well...take about a ladies man ;-)
